Some firms are considering turning down their own Citrix and Zoom resolution to reduce bandwidth. Is your firm. taking this step?

SoundPath and WebEx are struggling to keep up with the call volume increase. We have received sporadic “All circuits are busy” when placing a call to join a conference call by phone. Soundpath has also been slow to respond to support tickets.

Only issue we are seeing with WebEx performance is directly related to AT&T who provides our access. AT&T’s 800 number access to WebEx has been busy at times but local numbers are working fine. We sent out a message to use local numbers instead of 800 numbers and have not had any issues since.

We also had issues with Soundpath access. We are also leveraging Zoom and WebEx for calls and the conference capabilities on mobile devices.

We’ve noted a kind of ‘rolling brownout’ for residential service from both ATT and Spectrum. Users are reporting restrictions and slowing bandwidth. We are pushing users to their mobile hotspot service on their devices. The wireless networks seem to be holding up better overall
