Yvonne Dornic
President and CEO

Yvonne Dornic is the founder, President and CEO of eSentio. She has more than 20 years of consulting experience with law firms and corporate legal departments. A recognized leader within the industry, Ms. Dornic works closely with the leadership at the nation’s largest law firms to identify and improve upon the strategic value of their technology.

Under Ms. Dornic’s leadership, eSentio has emerged as a leader within the legal technology industry with a reputation for innovative thought leadership. eSentio has become a trusted advisor to many of the AmLaw 100's largest firms through unwavering client service and increased client profitability.

Ms. Dornic oversees all aspects of firm-wide operations including strategic planning, strategic business alliances, business development, as well as consulting and implementation. Her focus on excellence and dedication to client service has played a vital role in shaping eSentio’s leadership position within the industry.

 

Bob Dolinsky
Director of Professional Development

Bob Dolinsky is a Director at eSentio . He has over 20 years of law firm technology management and consulting experience. Recognized as an industry leader in law firm technology, Mr. Dolinsky frequently presents at industry conferences such as ILTA, Legal Tech, ALA events, and many others. His articles on trends and best practices have appeared in many industry publications and he is frequently quoted in legal technology publications such as AmLaw Tech and www.law.com.

Mr. Dolinsky has served as a technology consultant to many of the nation's largest and most technology focused law firms enabling them to become more profitable, competitive and efficient through the strategic application of technology. His professional experience also includes working as Technology Director for several years at a large national law firm.
His areas of expertise include Strategic Technology Planning, IT Organizational Assessments and Consulting, Case and Matter Management, as well as Business Continuation Planning, and he frequently assumes interim CIO duties at law firms around the country.


David Pilling
Director of Application and Development Services

David Pilling is the Director of Applications and Development at eSentio . He brings with him over 20 years of information technology experience, and spent the past 7 years as the Director of Technology at Jenner and Block LLP, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm based in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Pilling’s expertise includes infrastructure management, cost reduction, business process improvement, knowledge management, and project management.  His experience within a national law firm environment and his understanding of the business processes and technology challenges facing firms makes him a valuable resource for eSentio’s clientele.  Mr. Pilling is a member of ILTA, and is also a frequent presenter at many legal technology industry events.

 

Robert Kerr
Director of Networking and Information Management Services

Robert Kerr is the Director of Networking and Infrastructure Services at eSentio Technologies. Mr. Kerr has over 20 years of IT experience in the information management industry providing technical and project management support services to corporations, governmental agencies, and law firms.

He has extensive experience in E-Mail and Records Management, and is a subject matter expert for information management, e-mail and records management, enterprise search, litigation support and e-discovery, enterprise network infrastructure, and business continuity planning.

Mr. Kerr is a published author and frequent speaker on the subjects of e-records archiving and retention, and e-mail strategic planning and management. He holds numerous technical certifications and is an active participant in professional associations focused on information management issues.

 

Chris Graham
Director

Chris Graham eSentio Technologies is excited to announce that Chris Graham has joined our team of legal technology professionals as a Director. Chris will be offering strategic technology and project management solutions to AmLaw firms. In addition, Chris will be assuming many operational responsibilities for eSentio including resource management, project management and project execution best practices.

Prior to eSentio, Chris most recently served as a Director for Baker Robbins & Company, a Thomson Reuters business. In Chris’s 14 years with Baker, he also served as a Consultant and Practice Group Leader. The majority of his projects at Baker Robbins involved serving as the primary interface with the client’s IT Director, Executive Director, or Technology Committee, while working on projects including strategic technology assessments, project management, and serving as Interim IT leadership in AmLaw firms.

Chris has also served as the IS Manager for Pierce, Segerberg & Associates in Vail, Colorado where he established this multi-office architecture firm’s long-term information technology goals and as a Consultant with The Premisys Corporation as an Associate Consultant where he conducted needs assessment and analysis studies for various architecture, engineering and real estate clients.

Chris’s considerable experience will enhance eSentio’s capabilities to serve our clients by furthering technology solutions and project management in law firms with a portfolio of information services.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture, from Kansas State University, where he is an occasional guest speaker.
