Yvonne Dornic is the founder, President and CEO of eSentio. She has more than 20 years of consulting experience with law firms and corporate legal departments. A recognized leader within the industry, Ms. Dornic works closely with the leadership at the nation’s largest law firms to identify and improve upon the strategic value of their technology.

Under Ms. Dornic’s leadership, eSentio has emerged as a leader within the legal technology industry with a reputation for innovative thought leadership. eSentio has become a trusted advisor to many of the AmLaw 100's largest firms through unwavering client service and increased client profitability.

Ms. Dornic oversees all aspects of firm-wide operations including strategic planning, strategic business alliances, business development, as well as consulting and implementation. Her focus on excellence and dedication to client service has played a vital role in shaping eSentio’s leadership position within the industry.

Robert Kerr is the Managing Director of Services at eSentio Technologies. Mr. Kerr has over 20 years of IT experience in the information management industry providing technical and project management support services to corporations, governmental agencies, and law firms.

He has extensive experience in E-Mail and Records Management, and is a subject matter expert for information management, e-mail and records management, enterprise search, litigation support and e-discovery, enterprise network infrastructure, and business continuity planning.

Mr. Kerr is a published author and frequent speaker on the subjects of e-records archiving and retention, and e-mail strategic planning and management. He holds numerous technical certifications and is an active participant in professional associations focused on information management issues.

Jim Britt is the Director of Litigation Services at eSentio Technologies. Jim is a seasoned consultant and he has spent many years on the senior leadership teams of several major law firms. He has built, managed, and restructured litigation services operations in a variety of law firms and corporations. In addition to management skills, Jim has deep technology expertise in indexing and search, database structures, document management and review systems as well as complex data analytics. He is also known for his expertise in information security, risk management, records management and information governance.

Prior to joining eSentio, Jim has spent many years supporting attorneys as a consultant and a services provider. This includes his work as co-founder Discovery Systems, Inc., as Executive Director of Operations at Document Automation Corporation, and as a partner at Ibis Consulting. In each of these roles, Jim made a significant impact on the quality of tools and processes used throughout the litigation support industry, eliminating costs, and making tangible contributions to the success of his clients.

Jim resides in Boston, MA and operates out of eSentio’s Washington, DC headquarters.

David Farrington is the Director of Network and Information Management Services at eSentio Technologies. David has over 25 years of experience managing enterprise scale initiatives in corporations and global law firms. His successful track record includes projects covering business process reengineering, information and records management, business continuity planning, disaster recovery solutions, enterprise application deployments, technology strategies, infrastructure build-outs, and IT organizational transformation.

Prior to joining eSentio, David held Senior IT Management positions at Proskauer Rose, Ernst & Young, Panasonic, ITT Communications and Florida Power & Light. He has provided management consulting services for numerous global law firms as well as legal departments at Motorola, Towers Watson and Master Card and various agencies in the City of New York.

David resides in New Jersey and operates out of eSentio’s Washington, DC headquarters.

Michael Williams is the Director of Lifecycle Information Management Services at eSentio Technologies. Mr. Williams has 22 years of experience in law firm information and infrastructure management.

Mr. Williams' expertise spans electronic content management, classification/taxonomy, SharePoint design and deployment, collaboration, risk management, enterprise search, business process management, and project management. His experience within an international law firm environment and his understanding of the business processes and technology challenges facing firms makes him a valuable resource for eSentio's clientele

Prior to his current role at eSentio, Mr. Williams held the position of CIO for 14 years in an AmLaw 100 law firm.

Rajiv has led a number of large multi-year consulting engagements for leading US law firms like Jones Day, Baker & Hostetler and legal departments of marquee corporate organizations like New York Life Insurance and New York Life Investment Management, Macy's, HEB Grocery Stores, University Hospitals etc. He has over ten years' experience in working with these and other law firms across the globe to help them achieve efficiency and productivity gains with document and email management solutions. He regularly speaks with Managing Partners of Law Firms and General Counsel to educate them on trends in this space and demonstrate cost effective best of breed solutions. Rajiv also provides technical leadership on engagements involving a broad range of law firm technologies along with management responsibilities for strategic planning, product and portfolio management, marketing, sales, budgeting, financial management, and team leadership. He has made presentations on legal productivity solutions at the New York State Bar Association, Law Asia, ILTA and other events in the past few years.
